When you become a true believer in not only yourself but of the workings around you, it's always going to lead you where you want to go.
Accepting something, is not the same thing as believing. In fact, the word believe by definition means; To have faith, confidence; to believe in a person. As the great philosopher F.W. Robertson said, "To believe is to be happy, to doubt is to be wretched. To believe is to be strong. Doubt cramps energy. Belief is power. Only so far as a man believes strongly, mightily, can he act cheerfully, or do anything that is worth doing." This somewhat coincides with Andrew Carnegie's quote; "Anything in life worth having is worth working for." And it's true, believing in yourself, and believing you will get the good things you deserve in life, can sometimes be very hard. But if you truly believe it, and you think its worth it, then it's also worth the work it takes to achieve it!
But how exactly does someone start the process? It takes some pretty simple and yet pretty hard steps. Now, I know some of you might feel "odd" doing the things I'm about to tell you to do, but I can tell you that this works, and not only does it work but it also builds your confidence up, which then builds your belief up in yourself, which then leads to achieving all those things you want to achieve! You're going to feel goofy at first but it's just you and yourself so without further ado; Several times a day look into a mirror, look directly at your face, in your eyes and out loud say these words:
In the infinity of life where I am, all is perfect, whole and complete. I support myself, and life supports me. I see evidence of the law working all around me, and in every area of my life. I reinforce that which I learned to enjoy its ways. My day begins with gratitude and joy. I look forward with enthusiasm to the adventures of the day, knowing that in my life, "all is good." I love who I am, and all that I do. I am the living, loving, joyous expression of life. All is well in my world.
Now if this sounds familiar to you, great! This is a positive affirmation by one of my favorite authors; Louise Hay. In her book titled "You Can Heal Your Life," there are several positive affirmations such as the one above between the chapters of the book. The one above, is one of 6 I say every morning before I do anything else, and every night before I go to bed. So yes, this does work because I know from experience. These positive affirmations are incredibly important, and it's also nice because you don't have to make up your own affirmations if you are uncomfortable with it, there are millions out there! You can also use these pre-written affirmations as your own and add or subtract your own stuff, its like a positive thinking script!
I love these things, I find on days when I miss doing these for whatever my excuse is, I end up not feeling as good as if I would if I had done them. Its sort of like the domino effect. One thing happens that's negative, then you think about it too much, and oh hey here comes another negative thing and another and so on and so forth. But when I start my day out with affirmations, it's a mental reminder to myself or almost like a sugar pill, it gives me the courage to be positive and happy and joyous all day long. And this too, can work for you as well! Just gotta put a little "elbow grease" into it so to speak! Check out some affirmations online, print the ones out you like, and seriously do these for a month and you will see for yourself, I'm not delusional! This stuff really does work!

The law of attraction is a wonderful concept that can bring great joy and happiness into your life.
Learning to use the law of attraction should be fun and exciting. This article will help you harness your powers of manifestation and have fun in the process!
The reason many people struggle with how to use the law of attraction is simple: They are being too serious about the whole process.
In fact I think often people come to the process of manifestation from a place of need and virtual desperation. This is a recipe not only for failure, but also for outright disaster.
When you are in the mindset of needing something badly, very focused on your state of lack and doing without, what you will certainly attract is more need, worry, and lack. So clear your mind of all this "must have" thinking right now!
It's critical to understand that your present results are not as concrete as you think them to be.
The world you see around you right now is the residual effect of your prior thinking and feeling.
Existence is constantly in motion and what you see now as your "results" are not fixed in time and space. The key to intentionally using the law of attraction is not letting present circumstances dictate the images you hold in your mind.
And this is where the fun really begins. You, and you alone, are in complete control over how you feel emotionally, what you choose to think about, and the images you hold in your mind.
At first you may not want to accept this but it's true: You are absolutely in 100% control over your thoughts, feelings, and the vivid pictures you decide to form in your mind's eye.
Nobody and no set of circumstances can steal this power from you. So lighten up and decide right now to have some fun in learning how to use the law of attraction for creating the life you most desire.
What do you really want to see, have, and experience? Don't limit yourself, here; honestly let go and think as big and as grand as you want!
Begin to feel emotionally as if everything you want is already here with you right now. Smile from ear to ear and allow that warm glow of joy to begin rising from your belly. These two physical experiences are within your control; you can literally conjure up a smile and the deep bodily feelings of joy anytime you want so go ahead and do so right now.
Isn't that incredible? Too many people don't realize they have the power to create feelings of joy and happiness on demand. By putting yourself in this state of joy you are most definitely accepting the power to create great things.
Your next step is to create an image in your mind, or several images, of exactly who, what, when, and where you want to experience in your life. Bring these images to bold, vivid life and hold them in your mind constantly.
No matter what happens in the "outside" world you can continue to hold your prized images.
And this may be the ultimate creative power, because by holding these pictures in your consciousness at all times you will begin to use the law of attraction to manifest the corresponding reality.
People who survived the death camps of World War 2 used this kind of tactic. And many people who rose from severe poverty into massive wealth also leveraged this powerful technique.
So it can absolutely work for you. And it will work for you if you simply keep practicing.
Above all, when learning how to use the law of attraction you must have fun and enjoy the process. Don't get hung up on when results will appear in the physical world; just relish the process of creating good feelings and wonderful images. The more fun you have in the creation phase, the more incredible your results will be when they emerge into concrete reality.

Raising our vibration is the key to manifesting through the Law of Attraction. Our 'vibration' refers to the level or frequency that our mood energy is at. If we are irritated or upset our vibration is at a low frequency, we don't feel good and things don't tend to go right if we stay at this level. When our vibration is at a high frequency, in times of happy contentment, we attract good things and circumstances or 'good luck'.
Often it's not easy to keep our vibration high enough for prolonged periods of time, due to circumstances and stresses. Sometimes we can find our self to the point where we get stuck in a low vibrational mood. For example, have you ever noticed that stressing over financial worries doesn't change the situation? And rarely does it improve, it usually just stays the same or gets worse. The feeling or emotion of being financially strapped needs to be released in order for the mood to change. We can look at pictures of money and dream vacations and homes, but if we still have that 'broke' vibration we attract more broke.
Here's something we can do to release that using a technique called Conflict/Resolution. First begin by making a list of 10 things that you love and that make you feel really good. This can be something as simple as enjoying your pet, a walk in the woods, a day at the beech, or being with someone you love. Anything that when you close your eyes and imagine being in that moment, it makes you well up inside and puts a smile on your face. It's all about that intense 'feeling' of enjoyment and happiness, being in the now.
Now, that you have your list, pick something that you don't like, and makes you feel bad, such as stress, financial worries, etc... Pin it down to something specific and notice where that feeling lives in your body and place your hand over the spot. Now close your eyes and imagine holding that feeling in your hand. Notice its shape, colour, texture, weight, if it moves or is still and how it makes you feel holding it. Take your time doing this.
Next take one of the things from your list of 10 things you love and imagine holding that in your other hand, once again notice everything about it and how it makes you feel. Now, with your eyes still closed, slowly cup your hands together and hold them there for a few seconds and when you feel ready, slowly open them up and notice the transformation that has taken place and how it makes you feel, then bring this new formation to the place where the old bad feeling lived in your body and put it there in it's place. Savor the new feeling for a moment, take a deep, slow breath in and gently blow it out and open your eyes. Notice the change in your feeling and outlook!
You can use this technique for decision making too, by placing each choice in one hand and going through the process of noticing how you feel holding each one and describing it. The key is to take your time and put as much feeling as possible into it. You'll be amazed at the results!

Do you feel discomfort or fear when there are things changing in your life? This is quite common for adults to feel while children rarely experience those feelings.
Children usually are excited about all the new things that are coming their way - new friends to play with and more things to learn.
When you were young, you did not resist change. You anticipated change. You anticipated growth. But many adults do not look forward to getting new jobs, switching careers or relocating to a new city. I wonder when people decide they have reached the point where they want things around them to stay the same.
Be aware of the fact that change is an unchanging truth. Intentional or not, your life is always changing. Look back one year ago or even 10, 20 and 30 years ago, how has your life changed? You have finished school. You have started a career. Maybe you have started a family also. How about the people around you, how have they changed? Have you lived in different places? I am sure you would notice lots of changes over the years. Yet, many people still have a strong tendency to resist change.
If you are among those who fear changes, here are three effective ways to help you overcome that fear:
"Feel the fear and do it anyway." Everyone has a comfort zone. Your fear is a warning that you are about to step outside of your comfort area. If it is your intention to do something different from what you are accustomed to, then your fear is a welcoming signal. Your comfort zone will grow each time you venture outside of it.
Remember the first time you drove and you were not even sure how to do it on an empty road? How about the first time you drove on the expressway? How about now? Do you sometimes find yourself driving with one hand on the steering wheel and the other hand fumbling on the music player searching for your favorite song while talking to your friend sitting beside you? Rather than let you fear hold you back, embrace the opportunity to grow. Keep practicing until it becomes second nature to you.
Focus on your goal. The anticipation of pain is one of the main causes of fear. Do you realize that a lot of this pain resides only in your imagination. Have you ever experienced that actually taking the feared action has been much easier than you imagined it to be? Perhaps it was the first time for you performing on stage or it may have been the first job interview you had. To allay your fear, set your goal and understand why achieving this goal is important for you. Make a decision to do it and commit to it. Focus on your goal and it will help to keep your fear at bay.
Identify the benefits of change. When a person associates change with loss, it can be difficult. A caterpillar will never become a butterfly if it is so attached to its identity that it refuses to morph. What benefits will you gain from making that change? Will you lose anything as a result?
Is it a true loss or a perceived loss? Many people are hard hit by the prospect of a job loss, retirement, relocation or family changes. For sure, those situations can be emotionally challenging but they can also open up opportunities for something even better.
Recognize that you are not alone feeling the fear of change. Join some support groups if you need emotional support. Recruit the help of mentors or coaches to help you gain an independent perspective and learn from their experiences so you can have a smooth or even fun transition.

Not everyone is greedy, but most of us expect a lot out of life and often forget to be grateful for what we have already achieved and obtained. We seem to quickly jump from one accomplishment to the next. We go from receiving good things that we enjoy only briefly to quickly pursuing the next good thing we want. We are, for the most part, a pretty needy and wanting bunch of beings.
If you're at all familiar with the Law of Attraction (LOA), you know that it states that what you put your attention on you attract to you. When you are grateful for what you have, you will be more apt to attract more good to you.
When you are greedy and constantly wanting more and the next best thing, you are not stopping to be grateful for what you just received. You are not even taking time to celebrate your success, to enjoy the accomplishment, to revel in having it. What you appreciate, appreciates. That is, what you offer gratitude for grows and more comes your way.
For example, say you wanted a promotion at work and you got it. Instead of making a party for your co-workers or family, you're already thinking about how you can get the next promotion.
It's a never-ending list of "gimme's" when you don't offer gratitude. Gimme that new car, gimme that new suit, gimme that vacation. It's all right to want tangible objects and activities in our life that make us feel good, that we feel we've earned by our hard work. However, we become greedy when we don't take time to acknowledge all that we are getting and all that we have.
And if we throw a tantrum when we don't get what we want, that is certainly not being grateful, and we are less likely to get it. If you want to live your life by applying the LOA, you need to be grateful, offer blessings and thanks for what you have now, and more will be added to you. A grateful heart attracts, while a greedy one repels.
A great practice for giving gratitude, which I share with my life coaching clients, is to write in a daily success journal. Every night before going to sleep, write down five things you are grateful for. What was wonderful about your day? Who did you touch? Who touched you? How did you serve? How did you make a difference? What good came into your life? The small things are just as important as the bigger ones.
Are you grateful for your family, friends, pets, house, car, clothes, work, prosperity, health, and more? Write these in your journal as a way of appreciating what you have. Not only will you attract more good, but you will feel good. You will feel filled up with all you already have. Your grateful heart will replace your greedy one.
I am grateful for the moments I share with my wife and children. I'm also grateful for my profession as a life coach, which allows me to help people live better lives. Most of all, I'm grateful that I always have the ability to change.
How about you? What are you grateful for?

Human beings are basically gregarious by nature. They are constantly in search for varied facets of 'friendship' like warmth, understanding, companionship, empathy and sympathy. It is a pity that very often, in their relentless search for it, they fail and that is the tragedy of life. I truly wonder how many of my readers can sincerely claim to have friends, who would genuinely cater to the above-mentioned needs.
Of course, most of you would instantly chuckle "I have several good friends." To this I have no qualms, no wish to dispute on that score. No doubt, you have persons in your social circle, who are 'good' enough to spend time with, chatting about your husband, your home, your children or perhaps even your latest clothes or hair-do! No doubt, you even have several good friends to go to movies, picnics and parties with.
Now tell me honestly, how many of these so-called friends would come to seek you in your hour of need, who would run to you as fast when you have an empty pocket as when you were a social magnate; who would love you for what you really are and not in accordance to what you could do for them? If you are indeed lucky to have even a couple of such genuine friends, then my sincere advice to you is to hold fast to such friends. I mean treasure them, and see to it that you make yourself truly deserve such friends, for your life will be richer for having gained their friendship and your world poorer, for having lost it.
A psychologist once asked a group of college students to jot down in thirty seconds the initials of the people they disliked. Very few could think of only one or two people. A large majority of participants listed as many as twelve to fifteen. The interesting fact that came out of this random survey was that those who disliked the largest number were themselves the most widely disliked. Thus it can be rightly conceded that the law of life is "'What you give, you get - for it is in giving that we receive." and this is especially true of friendship.
Friendship is ultimately the key to happiness which in turn implies that true and lasting happiness depends to a large extent on the company we keep, and our "real" friends whom we hold close to our hearts. If we contend to agree that our happiness is dependent on the happiness of those we love, then it is natural that we seek not what our friend can do for us but rather, what we can and most importantly want to do for our friend. Those of you who feel deprived of "true friendship", my plea is to search your mind and hearts and find out honestly if you have paused once to realize what sort of friend are you. In short, are you yourself, a true or "real" friend?
I will end on the following quotation: "A true friend may well be reckoned a masterpiece of Nature." Ralph Waldo Emerson

To her credit, Grabhorn mentioned that feeling good (joy, appreciation, love, elation etc.) is associated with the qualities of the inner being, the higher self. She wrote further that when you're in sync with your higher self, you're in that space where you can get answers and guidance from the universe, and you want to follow that guidance. But her mistake was to focus on "flipping" one's feelings from bad to good, and fast. Superficially making yourself feel good as a way to get connected doesn't make sense.

The keyword here is of course the "100 percent". Surprisingly or not surprisingly, most of us do not love our own selves that much.
Over the years I have come across messages relating to loving yourself and all that. But, it really bought home for me this very question when I finished reading a book by Gay Hendricks. It is titled Learning To Love Yourself. Gay is a professor in counseling psychology and a world renowned author, as I come to know.
Back to the question. Why 100 percent is so important, you might ask. Allow me to share my way of understanding it. I am using "we" to mean each and every one of us (including myself of course) to make the points clearer.
We are carrying an invisible bag of rubbish, the "stuff" that we don't like, don't want to talk about, or even think about. It all relates to past experiences back to even our childhood days. It contains anger, hatred, guilt, argument, reprimand, shame, discontent, distrust, malice, and all those bad things. The problem is that this bag of stuff is getting bigger and bigger, and one day it will haunt us big time.
We need to learn to love ourselves live. By first accepting, and then loving the way we are is the only way to liberate ourselves and to give us the peace inside and out. We have to deal with each of these hidden feelings or stuff one by one. Don't suppress it as we usually do. Recognize it, bring it to the open, experience it in your mind, feel it, and accept it, and love yourself even with it. It is kind of like shaking hands with these stuff, and letting go. Bottom-line, we love ourselves as a whole. It is a wholesome love, not selective love. I tried it and I could feel the relief almost immediately.
Everything happens for a reason. The things we encounter, good or bad, all help to mold us. It is part of our growing up. It completes us. Bad things might not be so bad after all if we learn and become wiser.
Love our enemy by starting loving ourselves. When we liberate ourselves by letting go all those negativity, and loving ourselves in a wholesome manner, our mind and heart are in congruency.
We are in peace, at ease, and in harmony. We start seeing thing differently. We appreciate life more.

She's making it possible for someone to get a fully-operational online "store" that specializes in "health-related" goods and services.Literally now anyone can get a complete Internet "health" business in a box! This complete website has a main product as well as up to 90 separate products that all center around breakthrough health products. And where YOU can earn some really HUGE CASH! It seems that Dr. Suzanne has really done her homework (especially for YOUR benefit!) First she correctly determined that according to Forrester Research (which is perhaps the most powerful & accurate online research database to date!) "health-related" products and information is by far the most sought after things anywhere online.
Nope! -- Despite what you might have thought, "sex," "porn," and "UFOs" are NOT the most searched for items on the Internet (but "health stuff" is hands down!) Second, Dr. Suzanne's "Top Secret Fat Loss Secret" shook the entire World with its release recently - and she's even made a special lead-capture page that you also get central to this amazing site! Why is this important? Simple: because Dr. Suzanne's affiliates are making millions right now with what is perhaps one of ClickBank's HOTTEST products (and this same product is the central seller at your new health e-Biz site!) Third, the site you get also acts as a "database" that never stops growing so that you get 10,000's of customers you can continue to sell to over and over again other things! Why is this important?
Again, very simple: anyone who's wise online knows that "backend" sales are chief to making long term and extra profits!Dr. Suzanne's NEW "Health Biz In a Box" complete and fully-operational website you get for next to nothing contains an electronic "Automatic Sales Manager" (like a salesman robot - Ha!) built-in that works to upsell to your list over and over again so that you enjoy additional "automatic" income! Fourth, Dr. Suzanne health-biz site also includes a complete health-related products Shopping Mall so that your site visitors stopping by are likely to buy at least 1 to up to 90 additional products creating instantly for you up to over a dozen other income streams! This way you get the "most bang for your buck" so to speak! As if all this weren't enough, the fifth (and perhaps the very best) thing about this automatic seller is the tiny spokesmodel "Rachel" that literally walks out onto your Health-Biz site and guides your site visitors (like a tour guide) through your entire site and what it has to offer!
If any of this floats your boat, then I highly recommend you get over to:
...and because rumor has it that Dr. Suzanne may put a ceiling on the number of these Internet "health-biz" sites she's giving out in order to avoid everyone having one and risking market saturation.
Already people securing theirs have had nothing but great things to say about this:
"I'm so happy with mine! ... Having this site professionally set up by Dr. Suzanne's Team for us was the greatest thing we ever did! ... the site literally is just pouring money into our pockets even while we're doing other things, vacationing, and even crashing out!" -Cynthia Conrad, Atlanta, Georgia
"I never knew that making money online could be so easy!"
"Health stuff is the real way to make money online easily ... everybody sooner or later has to have it!"
"I'm making about $6,000 a week with mine ... and this after failing on the Net for nearly 10 years trying to sell everything else!"
"$500 a day is what this biz is shoving in my pocket! I even went out of town for nearly two weeks and my health biz site completely ran itself!"
As you can see by these people's comments, everyone grabbing their own automatic health-products Internet business is raking in the cash! (And now you can too!)
Just grab yours now simply by going to:
I guess I should have added above that not only do you get all the things I've described thus far, but you also get professional customized set up at no extra charge!
That's right! - Dr. Suzanne's own Team of web experts actually build your "Health Biz" for you so you don't have to!
- design your site - put all the 90 income streams into place - install the electronic sales manager for you - add sharp selling graphics - add powerful videos - add several other webpages - and a complete online shopping mall of health products!
All so that you can earn big income online and while you sell product that help people and that you can be very proud to sell.
So all in all this is perhaps one of the BEST instant online ventures worth your time.
Get your now before the ceiling number is reached and maxed out...

Many of us struggle to create positive change in our lives. No matter how hard we try to loose those extra pounds, finally create a healthy relationship or breakthrough our businesses, for many of us we just can't seem to create lasting change in these areas of our lives!
So what is the key to finally creating the change we desire in our life experience? Typically many of us try to force results when dealing with areas of our lives that we have trouble changing.
We work longer and harder to force change in our business only to burn ourselves out and build our frustration!
We take on this diet and those exercise plans only to give up in defeat far from reaching our goal!
We join this dating service and that program only to be frustrated by the lack of quality potential partners! We buy into programs that say if you focus your thoughts on what you desire and use positive affirmations you can have it all only to realize that YOU must be doing something wrong because it's not working!
The simple fact is this; nothing will change in your life until you change!
While visualizing and focusing our thoughts on what we desire, and affirmations are nice tools, they only utilize the conscious mind.
The conscious mind is only the tip of the iceberg. What is under the water level is not only much bigger, but it is also much more powerful. The same applies to our subconscious and unconscious minds. We have been programming our subconscious mind with limiting thoughts, beliefs and perceptions about life since childhood. Those thoughts and beliefs become the "operating system" in which we run our lives by. Until we change the program, we will never create true and lasting change.
Most of us have been taught that if we are going to change our lives we must take massive action
- to the point where we are stressed, out of harmony and frustrated. This opens the door for health issues and discontent.
So, the question is: how do you know if your issue is in the subconscious or unconscious mind?
The challenges, obstacles and issues we are dealing with in our lives point the way to what needs to be shifted internally. Every obstacle, every struggle and every challenge are opportunities to shift our lives and grow into a new perspective. If we take note of these signs, they will point us in the right direction to make the changes we need to make.
We all need to look at the challenges in our experience and ask the question: what is the opportunity and how can we transform it?
Today there are tremendous technologies emerging that can help people discover and instantly transform those limiting thoughts and beliefs that are preventing people from creating true and lasting change in their lives.
Through these technologies you can finally breakthrough and be free from those long-lasting battles and challenges that are preventing you from living the life you desire and so much deserve!
The person in the mirror holds the key to truly changing one's life and until we acknowledge this truth, we will continue to struggle to create true and lasting change in our lives.

Faith is the most powerful of the emotions a human being experiences.
Applied faith is the quickest and most definite way to move our lives toward what we desire. Although I believe the best working definition of faith is found in Hebrews chapter 11, verse 1 of the Bible, I do not wish to necessarily infer a religious connotation. Faith, as referred to in this article, works equally for all.
The Biblical definition of faith is: FAITH IS THE SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR, THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN. I believe conclusions reached by many researchers in the field of Quantum Physics support this definition. While researching atoms, the building blocks of the Universe, these scientists have concluded that even though more and more particles are being discovered that are smaller that the atom, all of these particles are energy (including the atoms themselves. Everything in the physical world is made of energy.
Energy then is the very SUBSTANCE OF THINGS HOPED FOR. THE EVIDENCE OF THINGS NOT SEEN consists of the images of the things you desire that you carry around in your mind.
These images in your mind are unseen to everyone else until they are manifested in the physical world.
Most of us think of faith as a strong belief. It is much more than that, for even a strong belief is at times susceptible to being challenged by the self image. Faith is more of a law than a belief. As you may recall, a law, like the law of gravity, works automatically and unconditionally. For a belief to become faith means that the belief is so complete in your inner consciousness that your mind (thus the self image) no longer rejects it.
Anything that you desire to be, do or have must be attracted to you if you use the filter of faith through which you sustain focus on your desire. The mental images on which you focus (through faith), in your own mind, are the blueprints that the Universe uses to create your desires for you.
Here is more good news for you. Napoleon Hill states in his book Think And Grow Rich that faith is a state of mind which you may develop at will. He goes on to say: REPETITION OF AFFIRMATION OF ORDERS TO YOUR SUBCONSCIOUS MIND IS THE ONLY KNOWN METHOD OF VOLUNTARY DEVELOPMENT OF THE EMOTION OF FAITH.
From this day forward, never look upon yourself as a person without power over your life.
Never again allow yourself to think that life happens to you. You have everything you need right now for controlling the power of the mind, developing your faith, and for directing life, through the great Law of Attraction, to bring you what you desire.
This I know for sure. You can claim or re-claim control of your own mind power. You are the most miraculous of all living beings on earth. You are the owner of a mind that is so stupendous, that as you truly begin controlling your mind power and consciously using it, there is no dream that you can dream that you cannot achieve.

A new breakthrough secret is all you now need in order to forever shed countless pounds, stay healthy, and add many years to your life!A lady doctor from Arizona has blown the lid off the best-kept secret in weight loss ever discovered -- and this has the whole diet food and drug industries turned upside down and in nothing less than a torrential uproar.
Her name is Dr Suzanne Gudakunst, and she's marching to the beat of a different drum. And no, nothing about her "secret" is difficult -- nor does it require that you do something completely out of the ordinary or anything unnatural.Instead, the Arizonian boasts proudly "...this is something that I caught onto just before 2002 when there was so much research and exploration going around concerning the human colon and digestive system working in harmony with nutritional absorption, and I started doing independent studies just to test things at first ... but which I later expanded on after seeing some fantastic results."This same woman medical practitioner went on to accurately determine a definitive correlation between harmful plague and parasitic infestations of the human bowel tract, and people suffering chronic obesity -- and who despite intense diet and exercise appeared to be unable to lose any weight whatsoever.
Over the course of six years the Arizona doctor developed a number of natural treatments for the removal of these same harmful, even life-threatening plaques and rapidly reproducing digestive parasites -- and when applied to even worse-case patients suffering extreme obesity (98% of which were in immediate danger of dying) she saw a 100% effectiveness and success rate.
She then borrowed from her research on the severely obese, and applied the same strategies on milder cases of overweight persons -- only to find the same effectiveness and quality results as described above (although the individual weight loss per subject wasn't nearly as much as those obese patients 100 lbs to 200 lbs or more overweight).
So powerful is her secret that she's able to reverse diabetes, rid illness altogether in people suffering from cancer (linked directly to poor diet and overweight factors), as well as an elimination of an entire spectrum of serious and otherwise life-threatening diseases.Nearly 100% of all her case subjects were told in the alternative by "conventional doctors" that they either had just months or years to live, or they would never live a life anything resembling remotely a "normal" existence -- yet after applying Dr Suzanne's treatments saw a complete contradiction to others doctors' prognoses.
Again, nothing about her secret is unnatural or requires someone to do any major action or modification in their lives. In fact, her entire treatment is based completely on built-into-nature 'protection agents' scattered throughout the world in the form of select herbs, extracts, and organic constituents, and which can be found in a variety of plants -- but when combined in specific combinations and carefully chosen amounts make for a solution to what is perhaps the world's worst ever plague: OBESITY (and the illnesses and diseases resulting from it -- or at least severely aggravated or exacerbated by it).Now to everyone else's great gain, whether suffering from just a few extra pounds and inches, to those extremely fat and overweight, this brave, bold lady doctor is releasing to the general public her secret for forever destroying the tight unrelenting closed-fist of obesity's stronghold over the now more than 40% of Americans labeled obese, and others worldwide.
But she's not promising any of us for how long. Some experts and sociologists suggest that in the bigger scheme of things, the world will never tolerate a discovery of such magnitude, any more than it would be realistic to expect a car that runs on water (even if very real) to ever become commercially available to the general public for day-to-day use.One well-respected and famous diet & wellness author wrote years ago that if anyone ever "truly unlocked the keys to permanent fat loss, they may actually suffer the same fate as JFK."It is currently available at:
...so you may want to head on over there now and get it and before someone or "something" gets it forever yanked out of ever getting in YOUR hand at least. It's in a very easily readable format and is quickly and readily understood and mastered by anyone with even a 4th grade reading level. While you're there, why not scroll down and review for yourself the huge successes others are now having with this incredible breakthrough in rapid, massive weight loss and extremely improved and enhanced health, now made freely available to the rest of us?

An end to everything is always painful to cope with, be it leaving a company, letting go of family, or breaking up. It is not easy, and for sometimes life seems to lose its meaning.
The monotonous surroundings only remind you of the same old days. When things were better, but you need to realize that life is not over. Even while you are reading this article life is moving at its pace. It is you who is trying to stop things or feel you are not moving, but nothing around you will stop therefore you need to realize a few things to start all over.
You need to find things that you always enjoyed doing, be it reading a book, visiting an old friend or just shopping. If you feel you do no have the right answers to give to people then do not answer, just tell them you don't want to talk about it, even though it is always good to unwind in front of a dear friend or someone who cares.
Do not blame your self for anything, remember whatever happened must have been a two sided thing, if not it is still over and done with, why play the blame game. You have a life to pursue and several dreams which need your implementation. Take a vacation with a friend, go explore a place you always wanted to, this will not only broaden your horizon about the world, but also give you a sense of maturity.
Remember you are not alone, it might seem like that everything and everybody around you has gone, but remember whoever loved you truly would have never left you in such a position. Find your self a new spa; get a manicure or a pedicure, done. Talk to people and remember this is a common problem.
If you feel very depressed there is no harm in seeking medical help, maybe they would give you a relaxant for the time being. But make sure you take a walk down the street or dip in the pool every single day.
Serve your self chamomile tea every single day, since it relaxes your muscles. Forget about the past, and just savor your present. Be positive and remember "what's meant to be will always find its way".

Positive attitude is needed in order to be a success in your job, at your place of business, doing your school work or life in general. It helps when you feel confident and optimistic about everything that you do. Try to rid yourself of negative feelings that you may have. Be calm and stress-free if at all possible. This will make you function more healthful in the long run.
The attitude you possess will help to determine how successful you can be. You need to be motivated and have positive thoughts at all times. You need to set goals and have confidence about your activities in whatever you do regardless of where you are.
A self-assured attitude can be contagious. Smile as often as you can. Confront your fears and turn your problems into opportunities. Happiness is derived from your positive attitude and how others view you.
Attitude is a must when interviewing for a job. The best qualified person for the job doesn't always get it. The person with the better attitude will most likely land the position. Employers prefer positive thinking and acting individuals over those with negative thoughts.
In school or college, learning is also enhanced by a good attitude. Confront your fears, worry, anger and doubt and this will increase your effectiveness. Accommodate your positive attitude by your actions and clear thoughts. You will then be able to maximize your accomplishments.
Happy thoughts attract happy people. Smile, then everyone smiles with you. Sometimes it only requires a few minor adjustments to put you back on the fast track to success.
"Reality is the mirror of your thoughts. Choose what you put in front of the mirror" - Remez Sasson
"If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there" - Lewis Carroll
Always accentuate the positive while avoiding negative thoughts so you can put your best foot forward. Helen Keller said " When one door of happiness closes, another opens; but often we look so long at the closed door that we do not see the one which has been opened for us" So always be watchful that you don't miss opportunities that can sometimes be staring you in the face. Be calm and think clearly and maintain a positive state of mind. Attitude makes all the difference.
"Thought is the sculptor who can create the person you want to be" - Henry David Thoreau
"If you think you can, you can. And if you think you can't, you can't. - Henry Ford

Does your friend or partner walk around with a sticker on their head to tell you they're in a loving or in a non-loving mood? Do you walk around with a badge on your chest that says "Please love me, I need it NOW!"
So what does real love look like? How do you know when you've given it or when you've received it?
It sounds so obvious but it's not. Let's check that out. Make a mental list of your answers to the following questions.
Who have you loved today? (List them in your mind - maybe your boss, a colleague, a customer, a friend, your parents or your children, your spouse or family?)
How do YOU know that you loved them. How can you be sure it was love? (Was it love in your attitude towards them? Was it perhaps caring choices that you made towards them? Was it a tender touch or a kind word that you communicated? What did you do?)
You may have sent love, but did they get it? Did they see it as loving? This is the tough part, because we have little or no control over other people's reactions to our love deeds.
It is so easy to presume that because we loved, they automatically felt loved. You may even feel that they now owe it to love you back, but perhaps they didn't even notice your loving. Have you ever felt that your loving was ignored, as though you were invisible. That no-one notices how loving you are - especially if you are a mom!
If at the end of your day you can list who it was that you loved and how - you are fortunate. For most of us one day just blends into the next, and we are hardly aware of when loving is happening or when it is not, simply because we live without feedback about how we are doing with our loving.
I want to challenge you to change this by taking some constructive action!
For the next five nights, starting tonight, I want you to do three things to help you review your loving. You'll be amazed how this feedback will take your loving to a new level.
Firstly, take a piece of paper and on it list all the people you tried to love today, leaving some space between them for comments.
Secondly Next to each name note what you did to love them, whether it be an action, a prayer, your attitude, your words, your touch, your gifts or your time.
Thirdly next to each one list how you think they received your loving, and what makes you think that - for example what they said, their body language, how they reacted. Then pray for them that they will feel loved and blessed by your loving.
Do that for the next five nights and you'll suddenly recognize love in places and ways you have never seen it before.
Remember that much of the impact of your love is lost, if your loved ones do not FEEL loved by your loving actions. If in doubt, why not ask them whether they felt loved or not by what you did, and try new ways to communicate your love to them.

There it is again. That awful buzz that the alarm clock makes when it goes off in the morning, signaling to you that it's time to get up and start your day.
It's amazing just how loud that sound can be when the house is so quiet and how dreadful it can make you feel when you know what that sound is waking you for. It's time to get up, get the kids ready, feed the dog get, everyone off to school or wherever they go and then head to work.
On your way into the office you start going over in your head just how lousy you know this day is going to be and how much you're gong to miss while you sacrifice your time for a paycheck that barely covers your bills. Does it Feel like you are in the movie "Groundhog Day"?
If you are like most people you dream about the day when you don't have to be a slave to that alarm clock anymore and become financially free to live the life you've always wished for. But it's just a fantasy right? Well, yes, until you learn the little secret that is hidden within us all to making our dreams a reality!
There is a law that has been in place since the dawn of man that until recently had been quiet, yet very much in effect. A law so powerful and all consuming that has been within all of us since the day we took our first breath.
The Law of Attraction.
You no doubt have heard of the saying "what goes around comes around" and I'm sure you've had instances in your life which proves this statement to be true. The Law of Attraction basically states that what we put out into the Universe, whether it be thoughts or actions, comes back to us and in many cases ten fold! Everyone is controlled by this Law, but few know of it and fewer still, how to use it to shape their reality. The wonderful thing about it is it is so easy to implement and it starts by just a thought. A good one. Am I telling you that you can control the type of life you live just by the thoughts you have? Yes, I am.
This power, the power of positive thinking, will bring all of your desires to fruition freely and quickly! By envisioning yourself as the recipient of the great things of your dreams you are invoking the power of the Universe into making your dreams a reality! Have you ever noticed the string of good luck you tend to find when you give to charity? For example, have you ever walked out of your local grocery store at Christmas time and put your last few dollars in the red bucket by the door? It's all the money you had for the week but you felt compelled to help anyway and gave it away selflessly? Later, you may find a $20 bill you never realized you had lost a few days before your next payday. You call it luck, but it's not, it's the Universe giving back to you!
As for that JOB, the one you have lost interest in, I will bet you can make your dream of taking your future in your own hands a reality by starting a business of your own if you believe you are able to do it! This power has been in you all along, now that you know of it, go and use it to work for you! By applying the same effort you give to your current job which you don't even like and putting it towards a business of your own, how could you possibly fail? Especially when you implement a proven, legitimate and solid system backed by a network of people who are just as interested in your success as you are your own.
The power within yourself is enough to make your dreams come true, can you imagine what can cultivate when you have others behind you giving out the same positive thoughts towards your success? The sky is the limit as to what you really can do. In fact, the only limits are the ones you put on yourself...

"Whatever the mind of man can conceive and believe, it can achieve." Napoleon Hill, author of many books about the mind and success, wrote the quote many years ago after interviewing W. Clement Stone. It still holds true today.
The mind is an incredible tool that has untapped and misused power. Science knows how to go to the moon, and yet they only know the tip of the iceberg information about the paranormal and the use of the mind to achieve success, live longer, live better and be happier.
The term paranormal is a misnomer because, there's nothing "beyond normal" using the principals of mind power, such as "The law of attraction". You use it everyday from morning to night. Many people, however, use it improperly and attract negative outcomes.
The law of attraction is nothing more than deciding what you want, focusing on visualizing yourself with that and believing that it already is available. Many untrained men and women use it to achieve either what they want, or exactly the opposite. The mind uses the law of attraction with no regard for good, bad, like or dislikes. You get what you ask for, regardless of whether you want it or not.
Suppose you want the house. You draw up the plans, scour magazines for pictures of different rooms, and picture yourself inside the house greeting guests. One day out of nowhere, you drive past the house of your dreams and find it for sale. You believe this is the right home but have no money to purchase it. Normal people would shrug their shoulders and walk away, not you. You know this is the house, you saw it in your dreams and every waking moment. You decide to check with the realtor anyway. Amazingly, the owner wants to finance the house for the seller, himself and doesn't need a down payment. The payments suggested fit into your budget. The house is yours. Is it coincidence? No, it is the law of attraction at work.
Do you ever wonder why some people get right up to the door of success only to have it slam in their face. They use the law of attraction in a negative way. They see themselves as failures.
You can create your own reality. It works. When you use creative visualization with the law of attraction, you direct your mind to see you where you want to be. There's nothing mystical about it. It works on several planes. The first is the fact that you are more aware when opportunity arises. You notice the steps to your goal when they confront you. In the example above, you saw the house of your dreams.
The second is that you believe that your dream is attainable so you take action on it, action that you never would have attempted without your visualization to confirm that success was possible.
In the example, you looked at the house, something you normally wouldn't do.
The third may seem mystical and paranormal but is just science we don't yet understand. Had someone shown early man the computer, he would have said it was magic or witchcraft. He would have said that, not because it is paranormal but because he didn't yet understand how it worked or all the principals involved.
That's the same concept we have of the law of attraction. Thoughts are things; they are energy waiting to materialize. It requires guidance and focus but is available to every man and woman.
In the example, your energy influenced the seller's decision to finance the sale, even before you met him. Just like the computer, you don't have to understand how it works to use it.
When you learn to use the law of attraction in a controlled positive manner, a universe of possibilities begin to show up in your life. It isn't mystical, nor is it magical, like the early man, you just don't have the science yet to understand it.
