How to Raise Your Vibration With Conflict-Resolution Techniques

Raising our vibration is the key to manifesting through the Law of Attraction. Our 'vibration' refers to the level or frequency that our mood energy is at. If we are irritated or upset our vibration is at a low frequency, we don't feel good and things don't tend to go right if we stay at this level. When our vibration is at a high frequency, in times of happy contentment, we attract good things and circumstances or 'good luck'.

Often it's not easy to keep our vibration high enough for prolonged periods of time, due to circumstances and stresses. Sometimes we can find our self to the point where we get stuck in a low vibrational mood. For example, have you ever noticed that stressing over financial worries doesn't change the situation? And rarely does it improve, it usually just stays the same or gets worse. The feeling or emotion of being financially strapped needs to be released in order for the mood to change. We can look at pictures of money and dream vacations and homes, but if we still have that 'broke' vibration we attract more broke.

Here's something we can do to release that using a technique called Conflict/Resolution. First begin by making a list of 10 things that you love and that make you feel really good. This can be something as simple as enjoying your pet, a walk in the woods, a day at the beech, or being with someone you love. Anything that when you close your eyes and imagine being in that moment, it makes you well up inside and puts a smile on your face. It's all about that intense 'feeling' of enjoyment and happiness, being in the now.

Now, that you have your list, pick something that you don't like, and makes you feel bad, such as stress, financial worries, etc... Pin it down to something specific and notice where that feeling lives in your body and place your hand over the spot. Now close your eyes and imagine holding that feeling in your hand. Notice its shape, colour, texture, weight, if it moves or is still and how it makes you feel holding it. Take your time doing this.

Next take one of the things from your list of 10 things you love and imagine holding that in your other hand, once again notice everything about it and how it makes you feel. Now, with your eyes still closed, slowly cup your hands together and hold them there for a few seconds and when you feel ready, slowly open them up and notice the transformation that has taken place and how it makes you feel, then bring this new formation to the place where the old bad feeling lived in your body and put it there in it's place. Savor the new feeling for a moment, take a deep, slow breath in and gently blow it out and open your eyes. Notice the change in your feeling and outlook!

You can use this technique for decision making too, by placing each choice in one hand and going through the process of noticing how you feel holding each one and describing it. The key is to take your time and put as much feeling as possible into it. You'll be amazed at the results!
