Are you Able to Consciously Choose a Positive Attitude?

Positive attitude is something that comes from our head. So is it possible to consciously choose a positive attitude? This article will show what my opinions towards positive attitude are.


Imagine today is a perfect day for you. Everything that you do is very smooth and you did not face any problems today. You are able to wake up early; your kids did not give you any trouble, your boss and your colleagues did not find any trouble. When you go back home, your spouse talks to you in a nice way and prepare a nice dinner for you. Wow this really seems like a perfect day and I am able to consciously choose a positive attitude because everything seems to be going so smoothly.

The real tricky part comes when you are facing with all kinds of problem from morning to night. Are you still able to consciously have a positive attitude? This is the tricky part. There is no such thing as a bad or good experience, and it is up to you on how you want to interpret the situation. What is your attitude towards the problems that you are facing right now? Do you want to have a negative attitude towards the problems and your whole be ruined or you would rather have a positive attitude and look hopefully in the future again. This are question that we can ask ourselves when we face problems.

There is one thing that we need to know and that is what we choose to focus the most; it will come out of our life. When we choose to have a positive attitude, we will attract all the positive things. It has a snowball effect and that can be said for negative attitude too as if something bad happen to us in the morning and we have a negative attitude towards it, our whole day will be ruined. But if you have a positive attitude, you will just shrug it off and continue towards your goal.

It is not easy to go 100% having a positive attitude whenever you face problem. But what you can do is to do it bit by bit. Slowly when times goes by, it will slowly become your habit. When it has become your habit, you already have strengthened this habit and you will almost instantly have a positive attitude whenever something happen. So start small everyday and you will be able to consciously choose positive attitude.
