Happiness Happens To Those Who Seek It

Even in this fast changing world where all the odds are stacked so heavily against happiness it is possible to be happy. In order to achieve happiness a person first must have a want to be happy.

Just ask yourself when was the last time when you thought about being happy? We assume everybody in this world is happy but us. We focus excessively on things that don't make us happy, rather than those that do. Rediscover your child again who used to laugh and not frown for no apparent reason. One must have all the resources to buy some of the things which one dreamt about as a young person but do we have the time to enjoy them? We focus all our energies in possessing this materialistic things and when we achieve them ask one question to yourself that is aren't you exhausted by the time you achieve those things which you dreamt of?

Sometimes in the leisure time we recall all those magical moments of our childhood when we used to enjoy life to the fullest. Ask yourself that in this mysterious and vast world who are we?

Believe me its really very easy to remain happy!!!

1.)Create perfect relationships.

2.)Be less of a Perfectionist.

3.)Become a child once again.

4.)Laugh as much as you can.

5.)Give yourself a treat, whether you think you deserve it or not.

6.)Always try to encourage people around you.

7.)Take half an hour of exercise three times a week and your general feeling of happiness will improve by 10-20 per cent.

Guilt is a Killjoy - By Isabella Kratz

"I'm never gonna dance again guilty feet have got no rhythm though it's easy to pretend I know you're not a fool" by George Michael (Careless Whisper)

It's true that when I feel guilty, I can't dance. I feel immobilised, going over and over the same events in my mind, driving myself insane over something I've done. There are many reasons to feel guilty: saying or doing the wrong thing, hurting someone's feelings or reputation, cheating, yelling at our spouse or kids, spending too much money...

Someone might not approve of our actions, so we feel bad for days or weeks, obsessing about what we've done and what the other person is thinking of us. We do this even though we had no intention to inflict harm on this person. Most people don't deliberately hurt others. They make mistakes. We all do, because it's our human nature, and if we were perfect, we wouldn't be here. I look back and say, "How could I have done that?" Sometimes my ego doesn't want to admit that I've done something wrong, so I try to cover up my errors, and justify myself. Sometimes I get angry because I feel guilty. But this only aggravates the situation... What's the best course of action when we're plagued with guilt?

Actually, some degree of guilt is healthy, as we need to realise when we've made a mistake, in order to learn from it and make amends.

Psychopaths notoriously don't feel any remorse for the dreadful crimes they committed, so they never gain any insight into their behaviour. But most of us are able to put ourselves in other people's shoes, and feel compassion for them. We're willing to improve ourselves. A sincere apology, and an offer to compensate the person if necessary, is often all we need to do. If the person we've injured doesn't want to accept this, there's nothing else we can do. Then it becomes this person's problem, not ours. The best way to repair a mistake is not to repeat it. Dwelling on it won't help. I can't go back in time, and I can't rewrite history. I can only focus on what I'm doing now, and make the best possible choices in the present moment.

My intentions are often good, but the result is not always what I expect. For instance, if I advise a friend who experiences marital problems, this may backfire, as my friend could blame me for making a decision like leaving her husband. "The road to hell is paved with good intentions", but this doesn't mean I have to stop being active, out of fear of doing something inappropriate...

After all, you can't make an omelet without breaking eggs. Guilt keeps you stuck in the past, as you don't have the power to erase what you've done. Stop punishing yourself. You have the power to change, and you can do it, by putting all your energy into the present moment. Forgive yourself and say to yourself: "I am a good person". Guilt is a killjoy, and if you want to find your rhythm and dance again, you need to put it behind you once and for all.

Happiness Defined

Today's topic is one that has been pondered for centuries, the true meaning of happiness. Aristotle said "Happiness is the meaning and the purpose of life, the whole aim and end of human existence". Do you agree?
Ok, in the big picture of things nearly everything we do on a daily basis is in one way or another related to obtaining happiness, or at the very least avoiding pain (some people work to not have their car repossessed!). But we all know there are different levels of happiness, many indeed. Some people may be happy because they were raised to be that way, having parents that always saw the best of any situation. Unfortunately, some people are miserable not matter how circumstances are treating them in life. Why?
I think there are several reasons for this, but mostly we are as happy as we make up our minds to be (Abraham Lincoln said that first, not me!) So why don't we all just make up our minds to be happy? Great question - I'll try to answer it.
It starts with our "version" of reality, our perceptions of what reality is to us as an individual.
Now, depending on your circumstances growing up, you literally had millions of different events that influenced your reality, so every person has a different version. The way you experience a trip to the beach may be totally different than my way, due to some incident that occurred to you as a child. Say you nearly were eaten by a shark once - that probably gave you "bad taste" in your mouth when trips to the beach are mentioned. See what I mean?
Yes! But I'm an adult now, I can believe anything I want to believe! True, but think about some of the things you believe in. What do you believe would make you happy? Do you have all of those things? If not, then why not? Ah-hah! That's what I thought - very few people actually have what they feel would make them happy! Do you even know, in great detail, what would make you happy? And don't say a million dollars, because that by itself rarely makes people happy. I know, at least you could try, right? Ok, make a list!
Find out what you believe in your heart would make you happy...
Ok, how about peace of mind? A totally perfect relationship with your spouse? A large home in the mountains with a beautiful view? How about a career that really makes you want to go to work every day? What would it take to have all of the things on your list, if you don't already have them? You probably need to change yourself. But what if you have all of those things and more, but still aren't happy? I believe many people achieve all they set out to achieve, yet true happiness still eludes them.
First, find your passion in life.Chances are if you haven't found your true passion in life, then you aren't happy. Or maybe you are "conditionally happy", in other words if all is going well then your happy for the moment. But I believe to be truly happy on very deep level on a daily basis, a happiness that is unbending and unwavering not matter what the circumstances, you must first find your passion in life. So what are you waiting for?

Be Happy Today - It's Up to You

One of my friends from school was always happy and smiling, nothing seemed to get her down. Not one person had a bad thing to say about her and I wondered what her secret was. Were some people just born that way? That's a possibility, but evidence seems to prove otherwise. Studies suggest that being happy is all in your head, so if you think positive the world will reciprocate with good karma.

Don't let the little annoying things bother you. If someone cuts you off on the road when you're driving, just smile and wave. Don't try to be someone or something you're not just to please others. Down play your weaknesses and play up your strengths by building on the compliments you receive from others. You cannot satisfy everyone and not everyone you run across will be your biggest fan, but that's OK. It is important not to over analyze negative comments made by others. By dwelling on past mistakes we create poisonous self talk in the snowball effect which can negatively impact every part of our life. Make an honest attempt to correct whatever you did wrong and refocus your energy on more positive things.

Get away from things that cause only short term happiness like shopping. Buying that new outfit may get you instant gratification but you are bound to feel guilty later on. Those who say making a ton of money is the most important thing in life, are more likely to be depressed and anxious.

Make a decision and don't second guess yourself. You will never be truly happy if you think the grass is always greener. People with too many options are constantly looking for the next best thing whether it's a spouse, a job, or new tech gadget. This leads to more stress and more discontentments with life, in general.

Surround yourself with close friends and family. They are what give us a purpose and bring us the most genuine joy. Eliminate those people who make you feel bad when you are around them.

Try not to write everyone off who rubs you the wrong because social isolation can be as damaging as second hand smoke. Develop interests and hobbies of your own, outside from work.

Try writing down a list of the things that interest you to get some ideas and join an activity group.

Write down a few things each day that you are grateful for instead of focusing on what you don't have. We all know exercise is beneficial to both our mental and physical health. Even just 10-20 of conservative exercise can boost serotonin levels that fight fatigue and improve your mood.

Being happy to me means being content with your current life situation and if you're unhappy with yours you can change it by thinking positive.

New Roads To Wealth And Opportunity

There is a place for everyone
Everyone wants wealth, health and happiness but unfortunately few people actually accomplish it. To most people these three sought after liberties are only a dream never to be realized. In the United States, one of the most affluent nations on earth, why are there not more people enjoying the good life? Why does happiness seem so far away from the grasp of the average person. Why are there still deprived and desperate people who are lost, without hope and forgotten? A world out of control
The world seems to be spinning out of control, gyrating into a chasm of doubt and confusion. Winners have become the schemers and degenerates that pray on the unsuspecting and defenseless.
The world is in chaos, wars, famine, record brutal weather, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, skyrocketing cost, breakup of families, corrupt governments and loss of hope have become a way of life. Is there hope in a world gone mad . . . perhaps there is. The time has come to know truth
The hour of freedom is at hand, Liberty is the cry of the depressed and forlorn. Their cry for freedom resonates loud and clear above the suppression and despair of their experience. Can’t you hear its ringing, can’t you here their call, can’t you feel their anguish?"Let me come for I thirst for truth.
I crave your answer, oh Lord, as the running deer craves water.” Let us, dive into the deep waters of our own nature and its connection with life. Do we have the courage to peer into the abyss or the depths of the universe and seek out our true meaning. Perhaps we will find answers there, discover treasures beyond comprehension, witness undreamed possibilities never before imagined and experience opportunities which are fueled by challenging and meaningful thought.
We yearn for truth and freedom to bring in focus our vision of a greater tomorrow. Life filled with happiness and peace. How can one prove to him/herself, if the windows of heaven were to open, blessings would pour out so abundantly there would not be enough room to receive them.
Wouldn’t it be wonderful if everyone believed and lived as though this incredible promise were true? People would begin to talk, think and act in the confidence that there were a Limitless
Power providing for them on their life’s journey.
Just think of a world where everyone’s actions were expressions of truths that demonstrated peace, health, happiness and harmony. Isn’t it worth while to seek an understanding that makes your journey so clear, so vivid that you would one day become that truth where all hope lies; and then, you would awaken anew to a refreshing new life.
Is our possibilities of abundance and happiness, really in our own hands to shape life as we desire? Do we really have control or do we just discover what’s already there. Perhaps the first great truth is; obey God’s Laws and learn how to make conscious use of them. “First give me wisdom and then wealth will follow.”
It is widely known and has been taught for eons that man exemplifies God in Nature. If this is true, mankind is expected to discover within him/herself a stunning truth which is that he/she shares the same nature and same qualities as our creator who breathed life into man and formed Life Itself.
Scriptures tell us Man mirrors God in image and likeness, as all power is in our hands we must be responsible in honoring God in our actions. What is Man’s true Nature? In studying man’s nature, a certainty emerges, a thee part or Trinity flows through all Life. In man there is a consciousness of self; of this we are sure because we have knowledge that we exist as an individual and our experience is unique to any other.
This fact alone proves God’s action that He created man in His image and likeness. In this truth, lies the key to immortality and greatness. We also discover not only is there consciousness there is also subconscious mind and a material body and that these three things are different aspects or attributes of the same life.
In man's self-conscious mind is the power of realization; this attribute is the ability to decipherer and apply the eliminates within his/her environment for self accomplishment. Self- realization of mind A self-realizing mind gives man the ability to realize and develop his relationship with people, nature and God.
Without this attribute people would be as the lower animals, without reasoning and most certainly not Divine but since there is perception or self-knowing, it is concluded then, he/she must be Divine. It is within this self-realizing mind where reality becomes validated and personality and uniqueness is acquired. Again, it is in the Image of God, the establishment of Kinship, and the oneness with nature where man becomes an embodiment of God.
Man’s unity with GodWhen studying man, one truth emerges. Man’s self-knowing mind is in unison with spirit and therefore is in unison with the creator. As a breath of air is not the wind, man’s self-knowledge of spirit is not God, yet he/she contains all the attributes of God. Man is an instrument of perception where ideas are born and reality is the result. He/she can recognize and understand the factors of truth. It is thorough illumination, inspiration, and realization that the mind becomes aware and manifest itself in the character of man.
Revelation, intuition and prophesy becomes evident in man’s self- knowing mind through inspiration, dreams and ideas. Man’s inner spiritThere is evidence of spirit inspiring goodness in the human experience by its’ own acts of kindness and mercy. These acts could be interpreted as mirroring God’s own greatness.
Every thing we perceive, acknowledge, think, sense, believe, hope, desire, fear or doubt comes from the law of God where subjective minds become expressions of the law. The self-knowing mind of man expresses itself in every thought, deed or act, and this is truly the only guarantee of individuality.
Happy Trails

Why Your Affirmations May Not Be Working... and How They Can!

Have you have been using affirmations to get what you want, yet you stand back and notice that nothing is happening? Have you given up on your affirmations and feel it is a waste of time?
There are reasons why your affirmations may not be working for you. Understanding the relationship between your affirmations and how they make you feel is the key to making them work for you.

An affirmation is a statement spoken in the present tense to declare a desire. Saying “I have a happy, slender body” is an example of a positive affirmation.
Many teachings on affirmations insist on stating them as if you already have what you desire, present tense. For example:

· “I have tons of clients”

· “I make lots of money”

· “I have a great relationship”

Remember that Law of Attraction is always responding to the vibrations that we’re sending. The words we use and the thoughts we think, cause us to send out a vibration. The sentence “I have a happy, slender body” will feel differently to different people. For someone who considers themselves to be heavy or overweight, when they hear themselves say the affirmation “I have a happy, slender body”, in most cases they immediately tell themselves the opposite. “No I don’t!
Look how big I am! I’m the biggest I’ve ever been! It’s not true! I don’t have a happy, slender body!” What’s important here is the reminder that Law of Attraction is always responding to the vibrations that are being sent whether negative or positive. A thin person, for example, could say “I have a happy, slender body”, and it would feel good for them, while a person who doesn’t have a happy, slender body will feel a negative vibration.

It’s not what you think or say that matters, its how you FEEL about what you think or say that counts.

Recommendations for Rewording Your Affirmations So They Feel Better.

The key to using affirmations is that they need to be true for you in order to make you feel good.

Some of you have been taught to always state your affirmations in the present tense. I suggest you consider yourself to be “in the process”.

The “process” (the process of manifestation), actually starts when you think about your desire, talk about your desire, write about it, or when you give it any kind of attention, energy and focus. You ARE in the process when you say “I’m in the process of…..”, the sentence becomes true, and if it’s true for you, it feels good which is a positive vibration. Some examples of how to use this statement are:

“I’m in the process of….”
· I’m in the process of creating ideal family relationships
· I’m in the process of becoming more abundant
· I’m in the process of attracting more clients

New each statement is true for you and it feels good. When it feels good, you are sending a positive vibration which the Law of Attraction responds to accordingly.

Use Your Reset Button to Change Your Vibration

At every moment you can tell if the vibration that you are sending is either a positive one or a negative one by identifying the feeling you are experiencing. At every moment you have a feeling and that feeling is causing you to emit or send off a vibration, and in the 'vibrational' world there are only two kinds of vibrations: positive or negative. So as you talk about what you don't want and make negative declarative statements, in that moment you are sending out and emitting a negative vibration. Law of Attraction then matches it by giving you more of the same.

You can reset your vibration from a negative one to a positive one by simply choosing different words and different thoughts. It's as easy as asking yourself "So, what do I want?" As I've said before, when you talk about what you don't want and then talk about what you do want, the words change. When the words change the vibration changes and you can only hold one vibration at a time. In other words, you are resetting your vibration. The best news of all is that the Law of Attraction doesn't remember what vibration you were sending out five minutes ago, five days ago, five months ago or 50 years ago. Plus the Law of Attraction doesn't keep score of how long you may have been sending out or emitting a vibration. It's only checking on the vibration you are offering right now in this very moment and matching it with more of the same.

Remember - the Law of Attraction always matches vibrations in the current moment (hence the expression, the point of power is in the present). You always have a choice as to whether you want to reset your vibration or keep it as it is. If you like what you're getting, celebrate it, and in your celebration you'll get more of the same from the Law of Attraction. If you don't like what you are getting, use your reset button to change your vibration which will change the results you are experiencing.

Quick Checklist to See WHY You May Be Attracting What You Don't Want

With so much excitement about the Law of Attraction around the planet, I am getting lots of emails with questions, comments and gratitude for my book. My database of articles is birthed from questions that readers of Law of Attraction are asking me. Today’s topic is likely one of the most popular questions I get. It’s a quick read and a valuable lesson.

Given the amount of awesome emails I receive, a lot of you enjoy it when you attract positive things into your life. Some of you (myself included) love to celebrate these positive moments, thus, deliberately sending out a positive vibration.

But what about those negative things that you are attracting? Is it possible that YOU are sending a negative vibe? Well, we know the answer to that question. Yes, you must be sending a negative vibration if you are attracting negative things.

I’ve been mentoring a couple of my friends on Law of Attraction and some techniques for teaching it to others. As a measure of how much I feel they know about Law of Attraction during our sessions, I will ask them the question, “What are 4 reasons why people would be attracting things they don’t want”?

So for all of you that are curious as to why you are attracting what you DON’T want, see how many of the following scenarios are a match for you. Check off the column that matches you.
Common reasons why you are attracting what you DON’T want

That's me
That's not me

1. Using Don’t, Not and No
2. Observing What You DON’T want
3. Limited Beliefs
4. Talking about what you don’t want

How did you do on this quick review? I trust you will find this helpful so you can quickly change the reason why you are sending a negative vibe.

So You Want To Win the Lottery

If we all got everything we wanted, most of us would have won the lottery by now. So what happens when we notice that we aren't getting what we want, even when we've been using Law of Attraction to manifest a particular desire for an extended period of time?

Wanting to win the lottery is a clear desire, therefore, you need to use Law of Attraction deliberately. If you're not getting evidence that your desire to win the lottery is manifesting, then you need to review the Law of Attraction formula and check to see if all three conditions for Deliberate Attraction are being met. All the desires you may have, for example, attracting an ideal mate, an ideal client base, ideal health or an ideal abundance of money require these same three conditions:

Step 1: Clearly identify your desire

Step 2: Raise your vibration (Give Your Desire Attention)

Step 3: Allow it

So let's examine these three conditions with respect to manifesting a winning lottery ticket.

Step 1: Clearly identify your desire (you bought a ticket and you WANT to win). Step 1 is done.

Step 2: Raise your vibration (you talk about and daydream about all the things you'll do with the money you win). Step 2 is done.

If the only thing we needed to do is Step 1 and Step 2, most people would have everything they've ever become excited about. So as you observe that you've NOT attracted what you've been desiring (in this case, a winning lottery ticket), you'll need to check the three-step process to find out what step needs your attention more often. In most cases it's Step 3 - Allowing.

Allowing is the absence of doubt. Doubt is a negative vibration that cancels out the positive vibration of your desire, so removing doubt will allow your desire to come to you. Removing doubt will speed up the manifestation of your desire.

One of the best tools for removing doubt is to start keeping a log or journal of all the ways in which you are attracting more abundance into your life, thereby you are finding proof!

Abundance is simply energy and the more often you discover that you are aligned with the energy of abundance, the more often you will be removing doubt that you are Allowing your desire to win the lottery. For example, if you find money or someone buys you lunch or you find a great sale on an item you want to buy - this is all evidence that you are in alignment with abundance. Logging this evidence or tracking it in a journal will help you to prove to yourself that you are aligning yourself more and more with abundance.

In short, how soon you'll win the lottery is determined by how much doubt you have about winning, and winning is all about removing that doubt thereby aligning yourself with the energy of abundance.

Michael Gives 8 Reasons Why Most People Will NOT Win the Lottery.

This month’s article is a peek inside Michael’s email inbox. Here is a recent response that Michael thought his ezine subscribers would like to know as well. Enjoy.
Original email sent to Michael:

Greetings Michael, Hope this message finds you well. I am a Therapist/instructor actively conducting workshops and classes based on the Law of Attraction, with your book as the basis for much of what I teach on the subject.
Our staff has a question for you that we feel would best be answered by you; if you would be so kind. During one of our classes last week, I was speaking on how this subject (Law of Attraction) relates to wealth and abundance. I pointed out that as long as the three conditions in your book were met (identify the desire, give it attention, and allow it) one could expect results in the area of abundance; including money obtained through winnings such as lottery winnings. I briefly discussed the article you wrote: "So you want to win the lottery?", and I covered your specific points regarding attracting money in this manner. To this, two of the students expressed conflict and confusion, indicating they had been exposed to the online lessons of SGR (Science of Getting Rich,) which taught that it would be highly unlikely to obtain wealth or most substantial sums of money from the lottery due to the fact that too many people are attempting to do the same thing for the same goal, which waters down the idea of you winning it for your intended amount. I was unaware of the fourth lesson in SGR (this lesson being that Law of Attraction follows a 3 step formula for attracting everything else except lottery winnings) and what it taught, and after thinking quickly, I indicated that this was a grey area, and that the lesson was speaking to a relating issue. I had strongly supported my belief with our students that LOA can accomplish this and much more and that it was a law. Michael, we are not familiar with the fourth lesson of SGR, and are now puzzled ourselves. Is there such a teaching? Because we stand by our conviction, and your information that Law of Attraction can easily accomplish what we use it for, can you briefly speak to the conflicting messages out there that Law of Attraction works for all things except winning games of chance like the lottery? We did promise our classes that we would go directly to the source, that being you, and put this confusion to you, and then report back to the entire class. Any time and consideration that you can provide this question would be so much appreciated.
Many thanks Michael.
Sincerely,
Stephen

Here is Michael’s Reply:
Hello Stephen. Congratulations on holding your Law of Attraction groups. Here are a few more points I would bring to your group:
(1) I propose people focus on what they desire and REMOVE money from the equation. Here is the teaching point – we tend to filter our desires through the availability of money. Remove money from the equation. For example, it you want a red jacket, focus on the red jacket and not on attracting enough money to attract a red jacket.
(2) Although most people desire money, they have a blueprint within them that to a certain degree, dominates their vibration around the subject of money. We call this their limiting beliefs and most people have plenty of them. For example, many people have the limiting belief that they just aren’t worthy of winning huge amounts of money. They may not be aware of this on a conscious level but it’s there in the background affecting their vibration. Most people need to do more work on ‘worthiness’ and other related limiting beliefs before they can attract more money.
(3) Most people would not know how to spend $1,000,000, so their vibration does not line up with winning it. (Hint: make a list and focus on attracting what’s on the list).
(4) It is critical, in my opinion, to be sending out a vibration of abundance; without doing that, how can we expect to become abundant if we are not sending the matching vibration of more abundance?
(5) Most people do not acknowledge their already existing abundant-ness, therefore, they rarely send out the vibration of abundance. Remember, you can only attract it if you offer it vibrationally.
(6) Most people do not celebrate ALL their abundant-ness: a free lunch, finding money, free advice or coaching, or getting something at a sale price and so on.
(7) People need proof the Law of attraction is working in their life to increase their abundance. Keeping a log or journal of ALL the proof that they ARE attracting abundance (in many different ways) will help remove someone’s doubt about their abundant-ness and consequently, they’d be sending out a vibration of abundance more often.
(8) And finally, the lottery is only one way to become more abundant. … Michael

Listening to Your Soul by Linda Storey

I was sitting at the kitchen table across from my husband and feeling discouraged as I expressed the doubts that were on my mind. My car was acting up yet again, something that was occurring far too often. Disappointment came over me as I saw my trip to the mainland to celebrate my Mom’s 87th birthday go out the window. At times I like to make fun of the drama I create in my life so picture me putting the back of my hand to my forehead and saying, “Oh woe is me,” to express my plight. That’s how ridiculously helpless I felt.

Well of course the situation left me feeling hopeless and helpless because…hello…I was continually focusing on everything that wasn’t working out for me. For weeks and weeks, I had given attention to the disappointments, frustrations and cancelled plans caused by my unreliable car. But then, in that moment, it was as if Divine Inspiration came over me in the kitchen. I began listening to longings and murmurings of my soul and immediately felt inspired to ask myself some great questions. Out loud, I said, “How is it that I have tolerated this for so long?

When did I decide to lower my standards to this level? What do I really want?” I was surprised at the crystal clear answer I got back. “I think you want a new car…YES…you’re darn right, that’s what I want and I want it now.” Within a week I test drove and bought a brand new Hyundai Accent, fully loaded with all kinds of great features. It’s so much fun to drive, the amazing warranty gives me peace of mind, the gas mileage (48 miles per gallon) keeps money in my pocket, and Van Morrison soothes my soul as his bluesy voice comes through the speakers.

And to top it all off, it’s so much fun knowing the universe is in the process of lining things up for a trip to hot and sunny Santa Fe and the Southwest because this little cutie comes with air conditioning too. I love it when I take the time to listen to the wisdom of my soul, realizing it’s important that I place a high value on myself and my needs. Have you been tolerating something for far too long? Do you want to value yourself and bring some feel-good magic back into your life? I'm inviting you to ask yourself the same questions that I did:

How is it that I have tolerated this for so long?
When did I decide to lower my standards to this level?
What is it that I really want?More empowering questions may also come to your mind. If so, make sure you ask them as the answers will come, allowing more ease and grace to flow back into your life and into your business.

It's OK to Point and Say, "That’s Here Because of Me!"

I’ve just returned from an 8 day visit to Spain. “Yes”, I planted the seed to get there, and “Yes,” it was awesome (and fully paid for). The Spanish version of my book was released on January 22nd and I toured the country doing interviews. In two days I did 15 interviews! I was well looked after by my publisher, Editorial Planeta, who provided awesome interpreters. While in Barcelona, my interpreter David and I had some fun moments as he translated for me. After a full day of translating one Law of Attraction interview after another, he could explain it so well; he was tempted to start answering the questions himself.

The media in Spain were very interested in Law of Attraction. Each of them had prepared by reading the book cover to cover. They each communicated their personal thanks to me for writing the book, which was a new and exciting experience for me.

I was asked a number of questions about the book, but one particular question was asked repeatedly by all of them.

“What do you do that keeps you connected to deliberately applying Law of Attraction on a daily basis?”

I’m an observer. I love observing things that I attract. Understanding that what I attract is a perfect match to what I am vibrating. I’m often curious and delighted when I can acknowledge a manifestation of something I desire. I’ll brag about it, reminding myself that I created this manifestation with my vibration.

Pointing at it, I’ll say,

“This is here because of me. I created this.I love when this happens!”

This makes me accountable for the manifestations that show up in my life! (Accountable meaning — I can account for why it is here.)

What do I do when negative stuff shows up? I do the same thing— I point at it and say, “That’s here because of me.” Again, I can account for why it is here. It’s here as result of my vibration.

Pointing at what is showing up in your life and holding yourself accountable is a great Allowing Tool. It helps you identify the negative vibrations that are causing negative things to show up in your life. By noticing them, you can reduce them.

And what may be new for some of you is that by pausing for a moment to celebrate and acknowledge that you just manifested something you desire, boosts your positive vibrations and causes more of the same to come into your life.

Celebrating now always brings more to celebrate about!

So remember, take the time to pause during your day and start pointing and saying:
“That’s here because of me! I created it with my vibes!” How many times will you say this today? How many times will you celebrate?

I'm Confused! Do I Need to Take Action or Not?

People are constantly asking me for the answer to the question “Do I need to take action or not when using Law of Attraction?”

Some teachers say not to take action while others insist you must take action. Here’s how I see it.

The answer is… no and yes.

Let me explain. When setting the energy in motion for your desire using Law of Attraction, your “Vibrational Request” is in the manifestation process and you will begin to attract things - people, contacts, resources, opportunities and ideas, in perhaps a day or two or longer that are in alignment to your desire. Maybe just a little at first or maybe a lot but it’s working.

When you take direct action right away, you’re stopping the flow of possibilities that the Law of Attraction may be sending to you. For example, you may have decided you’d like to attract more money and now you’re searching for a part-time job. In doing so, you are not allowing the Law of Attraction to present to you multiple other ways that you can attract more money besides a part-time job.

It’s like doing an internet search and telling the internet where to find the exact information you’re looking for. That’s not your job! Your job is to submit your request and let the internet figure out where to find the webpage of the information you’re seeking.

So when your search yields 20 or 25 pages and hundred’s of websites, your first job is to check out those pages and to see how close your match is. The websites that are coming up in your search are a result of the direct feedback of the search criteria you entered.

INTERNET SEARCH REQUEST

1. Submit search criteria

2. Responds with web pages

3. Review web pages for matches

4. If match not found, redefine and search again

5. Check new responses for matches

LAW OF ATTRACTION REQUEST

1. Launch your desire

2. Responds with manifestations

3. Review the results for matches

4. Redefine my desire

5. Review manifestation for matches

Take action when ideal site/match is found!

In both cases, you’ll know you’ve attracted your ideal match by how it feels.

It’s now time to take action!

For example, my friend Anna desired a new vehicle and she did her clarity through contrast exercise to help her identify the ideal vehicle and purchase. She did this on a Saturday morning and was so stimulated, she decided that afternoon she would go window shopping for her ideal vehicle. Before heading out, she also did some research by looking through the Lemon Aid™ car guide, searching over internet sites, and then drove from used car lot to lot searching for her ideal vehicle. End result? She came home frustrated and disappointed when she didn’t find it. I reminded her that she wasn’t using Law of Attraction at all in this process and that she was using her own shopping abilities to look for the vehicle instead.

Law of Attraction had just gotten her request 2 hours before and hadn’t had time to unfold and orchestrate results for her. We both laughed when I said “Even a professional auto finder wouldn’t have found it in 2 hours!” I reminded her that her job was to identify what she wanted, set the energy in motion and watch for matches coming to her. Despite my advice, next Anna hired an auto finder (for the sum of $649.00) to find her her ideal vehicle, again not allowing Law of Attraction to do its job, and he failed to find a match for her. Finally, totally disheartened, she said “That’s enough!” and decided to let Law of Attraction do its job. She then sent out the vibes to the universe to find her the perfect car, at the perfect price from a person she could totally trust. When she arrived at work the next morning, she found a telephone number of a guy who sold used cars (which she’d totally forgotten she’d had), and gave him a call. Not only did he have exactly the car she desired, at the price she was willing to pay, he was also a Master Technician for a well known car dealership. She is now the proud owner of the exact perfect match (yes, a vehicle including sun roof, leather seats, CD player and all the criteria she’d asked for!) and a mechanic she trusts to service her new vehicle, all delivered courtesy of the Law of Attraction.

After a brief phone call with him, she knew she’d found the ideal match… by how it felt. NOW is time to take action.

In summary, identify what you desire, set the energy in motion, let Law of Attraction figure it out and know the time to take action is when it feels just right. Get out of your own way and let Law of Attraction do its work!

If Something Shows Up 3 Times, Is That a Sign That It's Right for Me?

Have you heard yourself or others say "This has shown up 3 times in my life lately. It must be a sign that it's right for me." First, who decided there is something significant about anything showing up 3 times? You see, when you give your attention, energy and focus to something, the Law of Attraction checks in with you and gives you more of whatever you are placing your attention on.

Definition of the Law of Attraction:"I attract to myself, whatever I give my focus, attention, or energy to; whether wanted or unwanted."

The reason why something shows up in your life the second time is not because it's right or wrong for you, it's showing up because you gave it attention the first time. When something shows up for a third time, it is because you gave it so much attention the first and second time.

You're already attracting negative things in 3's, and in those cases you don't tell yourself "This must be meant for me because it showed up the third time."

Remember--you are accountable for everything that shows up in your life. Let's take a look at the word accountable more closely. There's two words buried within it: one is ABLE and the other is ACCOUNT.

Accountable = able to account for As things show up in your life, whether negative or positive, you are now able to account for why you attracted them, whether wanted or unwanted. Start noticing things today that you are attracting and take ownership by saying "I'm accountable for attracting these results." If you are getting great results, celebrate them, brag about them, and enjoy telling others that you've received them. In the future, when you attract something negative in your life, briefly recognize that you are able to account for why you attracted that.

Spend time getting clear about the way you want it to be, hence shifting your attention from what you don't want to what you do want.

I Have Several Desires. Can I Use The Law of Attraction to Manifest them at the Same Time?

Many people want to know the answer to this question. Here’s what you need to know about attracting many new desires. Some people experience different degrees of negative results while waiting for their new desires to manifest. Let me explain why this happens using the example of wanting to attract an ideal relationship. You’ve identified your desire for an ideal relationship using the contrast from past relationships (Clarity through Contrast exercise). Your desire for an ideal relationship creates a high vibration. Nothing in the relationship area of your life currently matches this ideal relationship. Right now, this mismatch of vibrations between what you have right now in the relationship area of your life and what you desire in your ideal relationship causes some negative emotion. We call that negative emotion resistance. Resistance is simply the distance between the vibration of what you currently have and the higher vibration of your newly birthed desire. Resistance always occurs to some degree in the transition of experiencing what you have now to what you desire.

This explains why some people experience a little bit of chaos or negative results when they first practice Law of Attraction. Imagine for example, that you have a new desire for an ideal client.

Now that you’ve identified your ideal client and are offering a vibration to match this new ideal client, you are no longer offering a vibrational match to your existing clients. These existing clients are not in vibrational harmony with your desire for new ideal clients thereby creating negative results.

Some people have reported that they lost their existing clients after clarifying their desire for ideal clients. Here’s how you manage this transitional phase. Say to yourself "That’s OK. They simply aren’t a match to my new, higher vibration for ideal clients!" Then spend your time thinking and talking about your ideal clients, thus giving your NEW desire lots of positive attention, energy and focus. Imagine four or five different areas of your life where you are birthing new desires. As you become clear about each new desire, you’ll experience some resistance in each of these areas as you go through the transitional phase from what you currently have to what you now want. I recommend you work on one area of your life at a time focusing on one new desire at a time in order to manage your vibration effectively through the transitional phase of initial resistance that every new desire creates.

How Often Each Day Should I Read or Say My Desire Statement?

The purpose of the Desire Statement is to support you in giving attention, energy and focus to your newly birthed desire. It teaches you how to add language to your desires so that they feel good. The key to the Desire Statement is it needs to be TRUE for you. You'll notice that one of the recommended sentences is "I love how it feels knowing...." Using this sentence allows you to state your desire in a way that makes it true for you. When it is true for you, you send out a positive vibration. It’s not a matter of how often you read or say your Desire Statement each day. Your goal is to give your desire positive attention, knowing that as you do that you are sending out a positive vibration.

Once you create a Desire Statement, you have completed step 1 and 2 of the three-step Law of Attraction formula. Now your work is to Allow. Spend most of your time and energy there. Keep finding proof that you are manifesting something that is in alignment to your desire. When you celebrate and acknowledge something you have manifested, this proof helps remove the doubt and negative vibrations that prevent you from receiving your desire.

In short, it’s not about how often you do each step of the Law of Attraction formula. The key point is to send out or offer a positive vibration with respect to your desire. Identify what you want, give positive attention, energy and focus to it, and remove the doubt and negative vibration you may be sending by celebrating proof as you find it.

How Do I Know if I'm Getting Any of This Law of Attraction Stuff?

This is a popular question people ask me. How do I know if I am mastering the art of Deliberate Attraction? Is there an advanced course I can take? My answer is always the same. "The application of this material into your daily life IS the advanced course!" To help you gauge where you're at in the mastery of Law of Attraction, I've compiled a list of seven sure-fire ways to tell if YOU are joining the thousands of people who really are mastering this stuff.

7 TOP indicators that I am mastering Law of Attraction:

1. I understand and accept that Law of Attraction is a process which consists of gradually reducing the negative vibrational patterns I have towards some areas in my life and replacing them with positive thoughts. Through the intentional and deliberate use of the tools of Law of Attraction, I see evidence that my allowing is gradually increasing.

2. Over time I am seeing some behavioral changes in myself. Even though I constantly hear others using don't, not and no, I have eventually stopped using these words out loud. Each time I catch myself even thinking these words, I automatically ask myself the question "So, what DO I want?" I know that when I change my words, my vibration changes, and I can only hold one vibration at a time.

3. I've noticed over time that I am observing contrast (anything that doesn't feel good to me), more and more briefly.

4. I've noticed that I am having fewer and fewer experiences of negative people and events in my life.

5. It has become second nature for me to be aware of many, many more things that I can appreciate and express gratitude for.

6. I find myself automatically assigning all my new desires to Law of Attraction. When I want something new in my life I say "I'm using Law of Attraction to get that!"

7. I understand the expression "I get what I vibrate" and I hold myself fully accountable for everything that shows up in my life, both positive and negative!
